PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the shopping cart link and proceed to check out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password. Click here to register now.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

SHIPPING
All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Most in stock orders ship within 36 hours.

Shipping rates are as follows:

Up to $50 is $6.35
$50.01 to $100 is $8.85
$100.01 to $150 is $10.85
$150.01 to $200 is $13.35
$200.01 and up is $15.00

These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you will have to enter your user name and password. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store.

EXCHANGES

The South's Best, Inc. accepts exchanges as long as the product is not visibly worn or damaged by the user within 30 days of purchase.  If the size you ordered does not fit properly, please send it back, along with attached original tags to:

Please include a note in your package indicating the size and style that you would like, in addition to a return address , telephone number and email address. We will then send you the replacement as soon as possible.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery.  If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, you may contact by email at thesouthsbest@suddenlink.net and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

RETURNS
The South's Best, Inc. accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through the company as long as the returned product is not visibly worn or damaged and contains the original attached tags within 14 days of purchase only.  For products purchased at trunk shows, The South's Best, Inc. accepts exchanges only so long as the original tags are in place.  We are happy to exchange merchandise purchased through one of our fine retail stores.
